Vidya Nahar is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Certified Pilates Instructor with SCW and Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ACE (American Council on Exercise).
She has been practicing yoga on personal level for more than 20 years, pilates for about 10 years and has been teaching yoga and pilates for last two years in northwest suburbs of Chicago.
